2. 4-group 12dBi full-coverage antenna array – Professional RF reflection design eliminates dead zones caused by stacked goods, ensuring every tag inside the tunnel can be captured without omission.

3. Full enclosed electromagnetic shielding system – Self-weight automatic lifting shielding roller doors form a sealed RF cavity to block signal leakage and cross-tunnel interference. Internal RF optimization reduces radiation to protect on-site operators, with tag reading accuracy up to nearly 100% (subject to tag quality & field environment).

4. Fully automatic unmanned workflow – Dual auto-opening shielding roller doors with only 2-second opening speed. Two built-in photoelectric sensors auto-trigger scanning once pallets enter the tunnel; no manual door operation required for automated warehouse lines.

5. Flexible interchangeable RFID reader modules – Standard domestic reader with E710 chip; optional premium imported Impinj R420 / Impinj R700 readers. Adjustable transmitting power 16~31±1dBm, support fixed frequency & frequency hopping with 10 hopping points, covering global 860–960MHz UHF bands for different regional compliance standards.

6. Open architecture for secondary development – Equipped with J6412 industrial PC (8GB RAM + 128GB SSD) and 15.6-inch capacitive touch screen (wall-mounted / cantilever arm optional). Matched with domestic programmable PLC controller, complete communication protocols and SDK are provided for custom software development and seamless integration with customer WMS, MES and ERP systems.
