   The automatic single rolling shutter door is powered by a dedicated motor drive, enabling fast 2-second opening cycles. This design reduces waiting time between scanning batches while maintaining a smaller overall machine footprint for space-constrained warehouses.

3. Professional 4-group 12dBi antenna array with RF reflection optimization
   Four high-gain directional antennas are strategically positioned with proprietary RF reflection design to eliminate reading dead zones caused by stacked or tightly packed small items, ensuring every tag inside the tunnel is captured accurately.

4. Compact electromagnetic shielding for narrow spaces
   The self-weight roller shutter combined with a sealed shielding cavity strictly limits RF signal leakage to the tunnel interior, preventing cross-reading from adjacent carts. Optimized shielding also minimizes RF radiation exposure, ensuring operator safety even in high-density working environments.

5. Flexible interchangeable RFID reader modules
   Standard configuration includes a domestic reader with imported E710 chip. Optional upgrades to premium Impinj R420 or Impinj R700 readers are available for high-precision and high-concurrency scenarios. Output power range 0–33dBm supports fixed frequency and frequency hopping modes with 10 hopping points, covering global 860–960MHz UHF bands.

   Equipped with an industrial-grade J6412 PC (8GB RAM + 128GB SSD) and a 15.6-inch industrial resistive touchscreen (embedded or boom arm mount optional). The system is paired with a domestic programmable PLC controller and comes with complete communication protocols and SDK, enabling seamless integration with customer WMS, MES and ERP platforms.
